Question : I feel like something is moving on my throat. What could it be?! It's been going on for 2 days, but sometimes I don't notice it.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern.

It is possible that you are having fine muscle spasms leading to such a sensation. It is also possible that your sensory nerves are being stimulated with or without a source (infective and/ non-infective).

You need to see a doctor. He would be able to examine and find out what is wrong. The examination would be needed in such a case and therefore I would suggest you visit a doctor for the clinical evaluation.
