                                            Question : Hi doc,
I feel numbness in my fingers of right hand only. It happens often as soon as I wake up in morning. I have B12 deficiency, slight fatty liver, but not diabetic.
Any reason for the above recurring numbness?!!!

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
When did the symptoms start? Is it confined to a single limb only? Do you have any history of trauma or sleeping in a position where your armpit compressed? What is your last B12 value?
Waiting for your reply.
Thanks

As already mentioned it's confined only to right hand fingers. No history of trauma. My sleep patterns are different, sometime I sleep on my armpit too. Last reading of vit B12 was 68 pg/ml.

                                    Brief Answer:
Unlikely related to vitaminB12
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is unlikely related to vitaminB12 deficiency.
Neuropraxia(compression of nerves) or spondylitis are possibilities.
You can wait few more days for spontaneous recovery.
Thanks
