Brief Answer:
There is usually no specific cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short.
Kind of slight pain in testicles without any other symptoms can be due to many reasons:
After or while doing heavy work the cremaster muscles which are elongation of lower abdominal muscles go into spasm and cause slight pain.
Mild epididymo-ocrhitis also can cause mild pain.
Since there is continuous flow of sperms from testicles to the seminal vesicles there is no known reason why abstinence from sex or masturbation should cause pain unless there is some obstruction to outflow from testes to seminal vesicles. So no relation to sex or masturbation.
Many a times there is no specific reason for such mild pains in testicles that can be found on clinical examination or even on ultrasound with color doppler examination.

I hope this clears your doubt.
Feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication or you have any other symptoms.
