Question : I feel something like a lump below my right testicle. It doesn't hurt and my testicle orverall is not swollen. I am 19 years old and in 2012 I had testicular torsion that was treated with a surgery. What could it be?

I feel like it could be the tail of my epididymis, but I am not really sure since on mt left testicle It doesn't fell the same way

Detailed Answer:
HI.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history.
Please give additional information:
Since when have you felt the lump?
Any symptoms like pain, tenderness?
Any investigations like Ultrasonography?
Any urinary complaints?
Was the torsion surgery done in time to have normal testes? When was it operated? Post the discharge ticket if you have.
Awaiting.

I felt it today.
No pain, no tenderness.
No investigations.
No urinary complaints.
Yes, the torsion was parcial and the surgery was fast enough. It was done in 2012.

To be more precise I felt it during a erection, at the time it seemed like a lump, but know it feels like accentuated rugged surface.
Brief Answer:
As detailed.
Detailed Answer:
As per the history you have provided, this is not symptomatic and you had found it out incidentally.
Hence it is most probably a part of epididymis.
If you develop any symptoms or if you have any doubts, the best way is to get a clinical examination and/or Ultrasound with color doppler. I hope, you understand how important it is since you were operated for torsion of testis.
You are 19 years old as per you have mentioned hence the need.
Please give feedback.
