Question : I fell from an 8 ft latter and hit my head with a blunt object, starting to swell and it hurts also trouble inhaling and opening my mouth hit left side of my forehead next to my ear

I would first suggest to ice the area and take over the counter pain medications.

If you don't have a headache, nausea or vomiting and if you hadn't lost consciousness the fall is most likely not a serious one. It is however important to watch for these symptoms for the next 24 hours.
