Question: I fell last night and my head hit the concrete floor of our garage. I went to emergency, they took a ct scan, drained my hemtoma and stapled the area. Today, I am very nauseated and have vomited everything I have eaten. They said I didn't have a concusion.

Brief Answer:
Probably due to head injury, a neurological examination is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I  reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Vomiting is a normal symptom after a head injury.
It is mostly related to a vestibular disfunction.
It can also be related to headache after the injury.

Anyway , I suggest you to see a neurologist for a neurological examination.

Meanwhile you can use over the counter option like meclizine ,one tablet a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
