Question : I felled and bumped my head which had a large knot on it. I went to the ER and had a CAT scan which showed nothing. O have s history of seizures and blackouts. My head still hurts and I am falling a sleep involuntarily. Do I need to have more tests done? I have a physician who treats me for seizures but can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. What should I do?

Hi,
As the scan did not reveal injuries or bleeds, I would not be overly worried. The injury is most likely benign. Furthermore if the injury was more than 24 hours ago, you can be rest assured you will be alright in the due course of time and no serious complications are not likely to occur.
You can start over the counter pain medication for pain / headache. It will subside soon.
