Brief Answer:
Recheck blood sugar including Hba1c....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

What you describe seems impossible unless you have a gastrointestinal disturbance that is affecting intestinal transit time. Is it possible that you have been mistaking some stool particle for the the tablet. Sometimes fat globules or intestinal mucosa that get passed in the stool can be pale and seem to look like a tablet.

Nevertheless, the two methods to confirm the possibility is testing stool sample. But in my opinion the more easier and rational way is to check your blood sugar - fasting / post prandial as well as Hba1c result and see if there is any drastic change since your last blood sugar. If there is a significant change in blood sugar, then visit a doctor to discuss the possibility.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.

Yes. I usually check once in 15 days(fasting). The numbers are in range from 106 to 118 usually.
Last reading was 116. Maybe a month ago. And 15 days back it showed 127.
Yesterday when I checked it is 160 ( fasting again).

Is it the right time to get hba1c? Or get it tested after a change of tablets?

Brief Answer:
when was your last Hba1c test?

Detailed Answer:
When was the last Hba1c test? If it was more than 3 months ago, surely you can get it done now.
