I Found The Paper I Left Out About The Aneurysm

Please refer to the detailed answer below
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I hope you are going great. Before proceeding I would like to emphasise on the fact to stay stress and anxiety free as I have advised you before in our previous conversation.
Now coming to your query as per the image report attached by you I would like to tell you that when the size of abdominal aorta reaches 3 or above it is said to be aneurysmal. However this is not a life threatening situation or will not cause any complications, but we have to take following measures
1. Regular bp checks and to keep the blood pressure within 110/70mmhg range by taking medications regularly.
2. 6months Echocardiography follow ups to keep an eye on the aortic dimensions.
I hope this information will guide you properly and relieve your worries.
Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts.
Kind Regards

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Yes these are less common in females as compared to males but with advancing age the incidence becomes almost similar in both the genders.
Age related degenerative process and blood pressure could be the most important underlying reasons in your case.
The rate of progression in size varies from individual to individual and in general the rate of progression is slow, but blood pressure needs to be under good control.
Yes abdominal ultrasound will give a better imaging about the proper size and abnormality of abdominal aorta size.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards
