Question: I found the paper I left out about the aneurysm.. I thought only men got them.. I am concerned..

I hope you are going great. Before proceeding I would like to emphasise on the fact to stay stress and anxiety free as I have advised you before in our previous conversation.
Now coming to your query as per the image report attached by you I would like to tell you that when the size of abdominal aorta reaches 3 or above it is said to be aneurysmal. However this is not a life threatening situation or will not cause any complications, but we have to take following measures
1. Regular bp checks and to keep the blood pressure within 110/70mmhg range by taking medications regularly.
2. 6months Echocardiography follow ups to keep an eye on the aortic dimensions.

Isn’t it rare for women to get these? Are they caused from high blood pressure? Do they grow quickly? I do not smoke and exercise daily how did I get one? They want to do another seperate abdominal ultrasound..is that necessary? Thanks so much!!
