Question : I get a creepy crawly feeling in my vagina, mostly at night. It is more frequent over the last few months.

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

This is a sign of fungal(yeast) infection of vagina. I advice sitz bath twice a day.
Meaning you have to sit in a small tub of warm water containing antiseptic lotion / drops. Do this for 10 days.

If you dont see difference after 10 days, i suggest you insert antifungal vaginal pessaries once a night for a week.
