I Got A Chest X-ray And It Showed Mild Apical

Question: I got a chest X-ray and it showed mild apical thickening. My dr said it probably isn’t a big deal but he’s having me get a follow up X-ray in a few weeks. Should I be scared? I’m 24, have asthma, had covid but recovered and allergies

Brief Answer:
You should keep it under observations. It isn't much important.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I agree with the opinion of your doctor and I believe it isn't a big deal.
Taking count of your history of recovered covid19 and asthma I think you should get follow up. You may need to give more time to your body to get back to normal.
I think you should get rechecked in 3-4 weeks and compare the two x-rays between them.
Just keep yourself under observations.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
