Question : I got non itchy spots in my whole arm first then it started spreading

How long since you have noticed the spots? Are they red or pus filled? it it only on one arm or both the arms are affected?

Its been few months there is no pus and both arms are affected with spots over my torso as well. My uncle is a medical practitioner he analysed it and told me that it is most likely pityriasis

Ok, that's great to know that your skin condition has already been diiagnosed but i would like you to clarify if it is pityriasis rosea or pityriasis versicolor? Both of these require a different line of treatment.

Hi.
For Pityriasis versicolor, you can take a single dose of Fluconazole 400mg tab. In addition to that, you may use a ketoconazole 2% cream e.g Nizral cream, twice daily for 2 weeks. These are prescription medications.

I just noticed that the spots are not only the arm but also in shoulders and some in back. So is the one tablet dose is enough or do I need to take more
