Brief Answer:
Treatment for Gonorrhea seems inadequate.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
1. Pain over pelvic area could be due to various reasons. Why you have suspected STI reasons?
2. What type of tests done for you to rule out Gonorrhea and Chlamydia (PCR or Culture specific for Gonorrhea)?
3. 1 m of Azithromycin for Chlamydia is adequate whereas Amoxycillin for Gonorrhea is outdated as most of the organism aquired already resistance to Amoxycillin almost in all areas of the world. Presently the CDC and WHO recommended drugs for Gonorrhea are Cefixme orally or Ceftrixone parentally. (Alternates are available)
4. Are you married? Your sex partners got treated?
Kindly furnish these details.

Brief Answer:
Yours and your boyfriend problems may be different or related

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Azithromycin and Amoxicillin cannot be guaranteed for a complete cure for Gonorrhea. False negative results can with urine test.
Testicular pain of your boy friend can be related to your lower abdominal pain, may or may not be due to Sexually Transmitted Infections. Non STI can also cause problems. There is also likelyhood of two problems (yours and your boyfriend) differ due to different causes. Consult your doctor and get examined, and get well soon.
