Brief Answer:
Can be due to Jaw joint related problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query.
Well, many a times if you have teeth grinding habit then it can cause problems with the jaw joint .
This can lead to Tinnitus, that can be a common cause other than ear related problems.
So first of all consult an Oral Physician and get evaluation and a Panoramic x ray has to be done..
Accordingly the cause can be ruled out and treated.
Please let me know for more questions..
Thanks.
