Brief Answer:
Pl give additional information, drive to ER if other symptoms are present

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since the pain is present for 2 days and if it is not being relieved with proper dosages of Ibuprofen then the possible cause should be clinically examined and investigated.
Also watch for any symptoms related to gastrointestinal and urinary system as some conditions related to these system can cause referred pain; please let me know if you have any other symptoms related to these 2 systems, back/spine and any general symptoms like fever, body ache or so on.
Also apply Rubefacient liniment that gives local warmth and relaxes muscles and see the results.
Also see if you can drive car with such a pain.

I hope this answer helps you in getting a proper diagnosis and decision making.
Please give feedback related to questions I asked and on visiting the ER.

With Regards.
