Question : I had a bad sinus infection, and now I have pressure in my chest and I'm grunting when I exhale. Is this serious, from what I've read online it sounds like maybe a touch of bronchitis, but I'm not coughing.

Hii. It may be allergic rhinosinusitis along with any infection of the lung. So please consult an Ent surgeon and chest physician. Get your sinuses and chest checked. Do a x ray chest and paranasal sinus. You can start nasal fluticasone spray, antiallergic tablet, steam inhalation. If required you may need to do a pulmonary function test and get sputum sent for culture and start antibiotics according to the report. So please follow the above advice and review if you have any queries.
