Question : I had a c section 5 weeks ago. how do I safely remove pubic hair around my scar? is it safe to use hair removal cream on and near it? is it safe to wax my stomach?

I have lot of swelling above my scar and sometimes I feel pain in my lower abdomen.

Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your healthcare.
I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
As you had 5 weeks after your c-section, so I believe there is not much hair around your scar marks.
if your scar marks very near to pubic hair you can use razor to remove your hair( very gently).
Waxing is better to avoid till 5-6 months.
You can go for laser removal of your pubic hair and go for bikini wax.
If your scar is still having swelling and redness,just press the scar if it is having any discharge?
If everything is fine than no need to worry about it, it will heal in 4-6 weeks.
