Question : I had a cold sore last week. It never got to the point of blistering because I applied abreva regularly. It’s still slightly red but not oozing. I kissed my babies stomach on accident. Should I be worried about transmission?

If the sore was not oozing and there wasn’t any cut or abrasion on baby’s stomach then there are almost no chance of transmission of infection.
