I Had A Fasting Blood Sugar Level Tested As 119

I have no family history of sugar, hence i tried doing the report again the next day and it reported 102.
I need suggestion on whether i m really getting into borderline zone to be a diabetic.
For confirmation, kindly Follow up with few more reports.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice. Kindly upload report images.
Usually fasting and postprandial sugar levels ( 2 hrs after breakfast) in between 110 to 126 and 140 to 200 is considered as impaired glucose tolerance or pre-diabetes.
Blood sugar levels below that are normal and above these levels can be diagnosed as diabetes. Still these values varies slightly as per laboratory reference values. So kindly follow up with reports so I can get better idea.
Still your fasting blood sugar level is normal i. e. 102, I would suggest you to do postprandial blood sugar level and HbA1c. HbA1c value indicates average sugar level / control over in last 3 months. HbA1c value in between 5.6 to 6.4 indicates pre-diabetes.
So for further confirmation, kindly follow up with these reports. Please let me know do you have history of increased thirst, increased urination frequency, weight loss?
Along with that take whole grain, vegetables salad, sprouts, fruits like apples, berries, pear in diet. Avoid fast and processed foods. Do regular exercise. Reduce weight if you are overweight.
Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.... Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
As per your report, HbA1c value 6.1 indicates pre-diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance.
Blood sugar level can be normalized in pre-diabetes conditions by following strict diabetic diet plan and exercise.
For that you can take whole grain items, vegetables like broccoli, carrots, greens, peppers, tomatoes ,salads, hard boiled eggs, beans, fruits like apples, pear, berries, avocado, oranges, melon.
You Can take skimmed milk and coconut water also. Take smaller but healthier meal. Control the portion size. Include more proteins. Keep your self well hydrated.
Kindly avoid high calorie foods like ice cream, juices with added sugar, bakery products . Avoid fast foods and processed foods. do regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 to 40mins.
Kindly repeat fasting and postprandial blood sugar level after 3 months and follow up with reports.
Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.... Thank you.
