I hope the vertebral artery problems is controlled and stroke well improved.
The bruise looks to be due to anti-platelet effect of Aspirin.
Please discuss with your Doctor about the following:
Reducing the dose of Aspirin or changing over to another blood thinner. He/she only can decide.
Get the relevant blood tests for CBC, coagulation and bleeding profile.
Wait and watch for the bruise to settle on its own.
If there is no lump the worry is less.
Please get all this done and give me feedback.
