Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing 'Ask a Doctor' service for your query,
I've read your details.
In your case, a mild elevation of single liver enzymes has no significance. To be clinically significant minimum two liver enzymes level should be elevated three times the normal range.
You lipid profile, as well as other liver enzymes, are normal. Even ALT is just mildly elevated. So clinically you are perfectly fine.
Secondly, AlT is very non-specific enzyme it's present in cardiac as well as skeletal cells also. So an injury or mild trauma to skeletal tissue may also raise the level of enzymes.
In your case, if you are asymptomatic your liver is perfectly fine and no further tests are required. The body has multiple organs with millions of parameters. Every number can't resemble text book range. In fact, the doctor treats symptoms and not numbers.
Hope I was easy to understand and helpful.
Stay fit and enjoy life.
