Question : I had a low grade fever from last 8 days and today I got a blood test my Hemoglobin is 8.6 and platelets are 94000 and vital b12 is 57 and vitamins dis 10.7 what to do I m very stressful

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per your history and attached reports, there can be several causes for fever with low platelets/high bilirubin level which should get evaluated.

Kindly follow up with a bit more information,
Do you have abdominal pain, yellowish urine /eyes, nausea /vomiting?

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with physician for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure dengue NS 1 antigen, peripheral smear for malaria parasites, widal test, hepatic viral markers, ultrasound abdomen as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for infection.

You may require daily platelet count monitoring. You can take tablet liv 52 after consultation.

For low vitamin D level, you can take vit D XXXXXXX 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks after physician consultation. For low B12, continue inj. Vitcofol as advised.

Along with that keep yourself hydrated. Take soft balanced diet.
