Question : Hello Doctor,I am 27 years old female , i had a miscarriage of 14 weeks of pregnancy ,it has been 45 days after miscarriage , today first time i found little black worms of 6 mm in size in my urine. please suggest

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts and photograph that you have uploaded it seems to be a blood clot and not the worm that you have passed in urine .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination in person and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis .
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

n the mean time start taking antibiotic like Norfloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute

Hello doctor,
It is not a blood clot ,it is black worm which was moving on the surface. i am afraid that whether it is because of miscarriage ??
