Question : I had a pap test back in march and it was the day after my period finished. My results were all normal but now I am having bleeding in between my period and im afraid that my period may have messed with the results

The ideal time to schedule your Pap test is at least 5 days after the end of your menstrual period. A Pap test can be done during your menstrual period, but it is better to schedule the test at another time.

However, considering your age, an abnormal result is unlikely and you can repeat the test for reassurance.

i have had regular pap test all normal every couple of years. what is the likely hood these would change to abnormal or be cancerous now?

Considering your age the odds for malignant( cancerous) change is very very unlikely.
If you are worried you can go for a repeat Pap smear just for reassurance.
