Cystic acne

I have viewed the Image. You seem to have developed Cystic acne lesion.
I would treat such a lesion with Intralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide dlluted to 5mg/ ml. Injecting 2-4 units with a 26 Gauge needle. This would shrink the cystic lesion within 48-72 hours. You can visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
