I Had A Small Bowel Follow Through And It Took Almost 7 Hours To Finish

Question: i had a small bowel follow through and it took almost 7 hours to finish. my results this is a large diverticulum.
Brief Answer:
Treatment depends on severity of symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Have seen your details,
Treatment of diverticulum depends on size as well as symptoms it is causing.
If severe pain etc is there it would be removed by endoscopic surgery however if it's asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic antibiotic therapy with anti inflammatory would be given.
Please mention the intensity nature and severity of your symptoms.
Hope I was helpful.
Follow ups are welcome.
Thank you!

So that picture does for sure show that? It just looked very odd to me. My symptoms are pain and tenderness and nausea. Unfortunately I can’t take NSAIDs I had the gastric bypass.
Brief Answer:
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you,
As pain and tenderness is there it could be suggestive of active infection.
Appropriate antibiotic therapy would be given for the same and to get relief in pain small doses of Tramadol 37.5 mg can be taken for the time being.
Surgical removal by endoscopy is treatment of choice.
Hope I answer your query well,
Do feel free to follow up.
