Question : I had a tick swollen in between my toe,got it off but ever since I have had itchy rash spots on different spots of my body,what could this be?

I have gone through your query...

You seem to have developed an allergic reaction to the tick.
I would recommend you to take a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisone 20 mg once daily for 5 -7 days along with antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.

Also apply topical steroid like Cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
