What Is It Fungal Infection And White Color Layer Is There In The Scrotum?

Question: I had a tinea infection. Took medications following doctors advice and it is over now. But the skin is still dark in colour and I stopped applying KZ soap. Recently groin area smells bad like fungal infection and white color layer is there in the scrotum. What is it and what should I do?

Fungal infection is recurrent and requires time for complete cure.
You need to continue with topical medication and KZ soap for at least 6 months.
