Regarding your concern i would like to explain that your ECG may show signs of abnormal P wave concluding on possible atrial enlargement.

Anyways, the most reliable test to clarify this issue is cardiac ultrasound.

I recommend discussing with your attending cardiologist on the opportunity of performing a cardiac ultrasound.
