I Had An MRI Done On My Right Knee It

Question: I had an MRI done on my right knee it show that I have 50% articular cartilage loss involving the patella medial femoral consume 7 km x14mm area greater than 50% articular loss small to moderate bakers cyst on back of knee I used cold and hot I am up all hours of the night because I am in so much pain I have use knee brace it makes my knee hurt worst I have used over the counter arthritis meds does not work when I bend my knee sometimes it takes both hands to straighten it out any suggestions
