Brief Answer:
Findings may be justified by migraine.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.
I have read your query.
Punctuate subcortical white matter hyperintensities are found in around 8 % of MRI in people suffering from migraine with aura.
These may represent also small vessels disease or unstable blood pressure changes but usually in older people.
So, in my opinion, you should not be worried about these MRI changes, migraine explains them.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
