Question : I had been taken Diane35 for a year almost because of PCOS. I tried stopping in the middle but instead I missed 3 cycles because of not taking the medicine. I lost around 10kgs now and I have stopped the medicine again. I still havent got my periods , what should I do

No I do not have any other symptoms. I was told that once I maintain a healthy diet and reduce weight I can go off the pill. So that’s what I tried, now am considering taking the pills again. I had read that it takes time for the periods to come back to normal and hence it’s ok if you don’t get for a month or so. Am confused. Also is it preferable to take the pills for soo long ?
