Question : I had brown discharge in a nipple that only comes out with squeezing. I have already had a mammogram and an ultrasound, and I do not have cancer, just benign cysts. What could the discharge come from then?

I've never given birth. I'm on birth control, and I found out today that I've been wearing a bra two sizes too small. Other than the discharge, there are no other symptoms, but I remember the nipple was injured awhile back (like... a little bit of skin was taken out a year or so ago) in roughly the same spot.

As you are having no other associated symptoms along with brown discharge and your reports are normal, in my opinion, it could be due to hormonal imbalance caused by birth control pills.
You can go and check your serum prolactin level also.
See for any nipple crack also.
Apply emollient to avoid crack.
No need to worry about it.
