Brief Answer:
Indicates hypothyroidism....see detailed answer

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per attached reports, TSH level 7.36 indicates underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism. For that you may require tablet thyroxine after physician consultation.

Vitamin D and vitamin b12 levels are slightly on lower side. For that you can take vitamin D 60000 U XXXXXXX weekly for 6 weeks and multivitamin tablets after consultation.

Raised eosinophil count indicates allergy. In that case you can take tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day. Other reports are within normal limits.

Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
consult with urologist for further evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your reply. If possible, kindly attach urine routine and blood sugar level reports. So that I can get better idea.

As per your history, as you had done all relevant investigations as advised but still having problems which should be further evaluated.

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with Urologist for detailed medical examination. He may procure ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, urine culture sensitivity as per evaluation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Hope I have answered your query.
