Question : I had my toes on right foot amputated fourteen months ago and I am having severe pain in that foot I just got lab back with a Alkaline Phosphate of 915 could that still be from surgery

After fourteen months of surgery, the raised levels of alkaline phosphatase are not likely to be related to the surgery. This can happen due to a bone related pathology.
Severe pain in the foot that you have can be a nerve related pain after amputation. Medicines like gabapentin and methylcobalamin can help in reducing the pain.
