Question : I had sex with a girl almost 3 months ago . but ever since I have head pain 24/7 . is it HIV I got or some other STI or it's caused by Stress?

Head ache is not a specific symptom of any STI. I would like to know was the sexual act protected or was it unprotected? Since it's been more than 3 months since the act, you may take a screening STD panel which would screen for all STDs including HIV, syphilis and herpes simplex virus.
