Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
If Nexium is providing relief, then probably your symptoms are due to reflux.
The following may be done for relief-
1. Weight reduction if obese . Maintain your BMI at less than 25
2. Avoid alcohol and smoking (if you have these habits)
3. Avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, carbonated beverages, fatty food, spicy food, tomatoes
4. Eat multiple smaller meals.
5. Go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food
6. Follow stress relief methods like meditation

For relief from constipation -
1. Check blood glucose and thyroid and make sure they are normal
2. Avoid opioids and medications that cause constipation
3. Take high fiber diet - vegetables, fruits, prune juice etc
4. Drink lot of fluids
5. Do exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.

Regards,
Dr.R.K
