Question : I hada mammograph and a ultrasound of the left breast they found two well defined ov hpoechoic leisons of 8×4mm and 3×4mm , saw the brest surgeon, and he physically examined and said nothing to worry, REPEAT USG after 6 months any concerns

I can understand your situation.
But if the breast surgeon is confident about the swelling you can wait ..Repeat scan will confirm if any increase in size.But in case if you feel that it is increasing in size you should report to the surgeon.
need more details like age , married, children and other medical problems etc.
Since the size is too small the surgeon would like wait and watch.

My age is 47 and have a daughter age 17yrs , did brest feed her for 2 yrs and there is no history of breast cancer in the family ,
