Question : I have 1 yr old daughter n I brestfeed her..I m suffering from tinea since 2 yrs,there is no as such effect of Terbinafine tab

Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I would recommend you to start with a different antifungal if terbinafine is not working.
I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole ( cap onitraz) 100 mg twice daily and apply luliconazole cream ( lulifin cream) on the affected areas once daily for 4 weeks.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Antifungals are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor. kindly see if your doctor prescribes the same.
