Hi,

What are your other symptoms beside fever? Any more details you provide will be helpful in understand the problem / cause.

If you have no other symptoms, I would suggest symptomatic treatment - Tab Dolo 650mg three times a day for next couple of days. If fever persist beyond 2 more days, you will need investigations.

Besides medications, recommend you drink plenty of fluids. Have fruits and vegetables.
