Brief Answer:
Suggest a physical examination...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Can you explain your symptoms?

Some people experience abdominal fullness after a small food, some abdominal pain / cramping along with bowel disturbance after gall bladder removal. The problems you have could be related to gall bladder removal. Alternatively the problem may be related to gastritis which is known to recur.

Without a physical examination, it's not easy to identify the real cause. Therefore I will recommend you report back to the surgeon / gastroenterologist for a physical examination.

Until then take small and frequent meal instead of full meals.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
