How long have you been noticing the blood stains?

If this is an one time occurrence, it could probably due to minor trauma and should not concern you. But if the problem persists, there could be other conditions such as inflammation, enlarged prostate or growths. It should therefore be evaluated with urine and semen analysis and ultrasound scan. Your local doctor will know about these test.
