I Have Fibromyalgia , So Having Pains Is Nothing Unusual.

Question: I have Fibromyalgia, so having pains is nothing unusual, however, lately, I'm wondering if lower abdominal pain and lower back pain (more so on the back right side) is part of it. I've also been getting a bit nauseous. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so not having a lot of energy is also not unusual.
I have Candida. Many times when I have that lower abdominal pain, I use a vaginal cream, i.e Monistat, and I get relief. My body has always been quite infectious so I assume it's yeast in my system.

Brief Answer:
need to rule out a kidney infection, Ureteric stone
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The location and characteristic of pain are concerning for kidney infections or ureteric stone. Fibromyalgia or candida infection does not cause such pain.
Urine analysis, culture and Xray kidney ureter, bladder I am needed at this point.
If the infection is present early initiation of antibiotics is important.
So please be advised to follow up with the urgent care.
Meanwhile, drink plenty of water and take Tylenol 650 mg thrice daily for pain.
Hope this answers your question
Please let me know if you need further clarification.
