I Have MCTD , Boop, Along With Many Other Things.

Question: I have MCTD, Boop, along with many other things. I have end stage lung disease COPD with Asthma, Empysema, and the Constrictive Bronchiolitis Obliterations or BOOP, I have had some changes in my breathing and light headedness, dizzy spells, and balance issues along with digestive issues. My question is I have fallen due to passing out. I have no answers for nor do the docs just doing tests and more tests. I want to tell them I am done no more but these spells really have worried. Any ideas?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't find the dizziness, balance issues related to your pulmonary issues.
I think you should consult a cardiologist to check the heart function doing an ECG and an ecocardiograme.
Also I want to know the results of your blood pressure measurements recently.
Also the blood sugar levels are needed.
All the examinations are needed in order that we can find the causes of the dizzy spells.
