Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short.
Please provide additional information for me to assist you better:
Your age and gender please.
Since when has the pain started?
Is it more of burning?
Any itching?
I hope there is no increase in pain on movement of the left arm or so.
If possible post clear and focused photos of the blister attached to this query - in JEPG format.
Awaited.

Brief Answer:
As discussed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and the photo.
Since the vesicles are few but nearby each other the first possible diagnosis is mild form of Herpes zoster. The rash is in a linear fashion from back to the mid line in most of the cases. Burning is characteristic. If this is confirmed within the first 55 days antivirals may help, but you already have this for 5 days.
Insect bite also can cause similar pictures.
Ask someone to look at the back to see for any color changes or similar vesicles.
Were the medicines Amox and Acetaminophen prescribed by your Doctor?
