Brief Answer:
Gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have seen your details and i appreciate your query,
Very likely you are suffering from Gastritis.Gastritis depletes good bacterial flora of gut and hence any food taken would ferment and form gases.
Suggestion-
Take Prisolec 40 mg two times a day.
Spray/Gel of Diclofenac two times a day over the area where ribs are paining.
Probiotic like VSL#3 two times a day.
Eat bland food(Non spicy).
No alcohol or smoking.
Follow up after 5 days.
Thank you!
