Question : I have a Fibroadenomas cyst at left breast size of 7mm *7mm. I need a suggestion whether to remove it or not

It is very small

Detailed Answer:
Hi
7mm x 7 mm swelling in the Breast is very small .You can wait and watch.But,get FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY (FNAC) of the swelling.If it is benign, you can wait.
If it is increasing in size, you have to get it excised and send for histopathological examination (Biopsy)
If it is painful,get it removed.Otherwise, you can wait.
Please do self examination regularly.
If at all it is increasing in size, you should go for Surgical removal.

I reviewed the Reports.

Fibroadenoma of size 3cms x 1cm is present in the Left Breast. It needs to be removed surgically and send it for Histopathological examination (Biopsy).
