Question : I have a UTI and I am on antiboditc Kflex 500MG 4 times a day and I have blood in my urine again
and I getting to where I can't pee again

If you are unable to pee and there is blood in your urine, I will recommend you visit the ER at the earliest.
It is not exactly clear why after receiving Cipro and Keflex, so, this definitely needs to be further evaluated.
In all, it'll be better to refer to the ER for further evaluation and management.
