Question : I have a apple watch which takes 1 lead ecg. It looks all over the place. is this normal please? in the past its looked more nornal and not so wavey.

Actually no diagnosis can be made and ECG can not be interpreted with a single lead.
But the lead is showing no significant abnormality and is just shaking due to some vibration.
