Brief Answer:
Bartholin gland issue. Analgesic tablets.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there. I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic.
l have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms can be due to Bartholin gland infection or abscess.

I would like to know about few things in detail.
1. Since how long this swelling is there?
2. Does it cause pain and do you get fever?
3. Do you have any other medical conditions like hypertension or diabetes etc.?

As on now I will suggest you to take analgesic tablets like Paracetamol 500 mg as and when required.
Please get Gynecologist opinion if possible.

Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
